Looking for contractor’s liability data?
The Act on the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted out requires the client to determine whether the supplier has fulfilled its obligations under the said act. Therefore, the supplier of goods or services must always submit the company’s contractor’s liability data to the client before a contract is signed and to update this data regularly.
In the Reliable Partner service, you authorise us to retrieve your company’s contractor’s liability data from information sources. The data is kept up-to-date in the service, which saves your valuable working time. You will also gain access to the Reliable Partner logo, which you can use in the marketing of your company.
Personal IDs for your employees
Does your company work at a building site or a shipyard, meaning that you need ID cards for your employees? Based on the Occupational Safety and Health Act, persons working at building sites or shipyard areas must display a photographic ID card that includes the name, photograph, tax number, and employer details of the employee.
A Valtti card is a diverse ID card for worksites. In addition to being an official ID card, it also serves as an access pass and proof of professional competencies. It can be used in the access control systems of our partners, and it also enables an easy retrieval of contractor details in an electronic format from the Employee Management service. This enables more efficient reporting of employee information to the Tax Administration, as required by the obligation to provide information in the construction sector. In addition, employee-specific professional competencies added to the Taito Competence Register can be linked with the Valtti card.

Employee management
In the Employee Management service, you can manage the information of your employees. After the information has been entered, the service will automatically check whether the details of your employees have been entered into the public tax number register that is maintained by the Finnish Tax Administration.
Register to a worksite
In the Register to a worksite service you can register your company to the worksite by using the worksite key. The service can also be used to manage the details of the reporting contact person of your company, as required by the obligation to provide information in the construction sector.
