If your company only uses subcontractors rarely and the checking of contractor’s liability data does not place a too heavy burden on your business operations, you can fulfil your statutory obligations free of charge by using our Report service.

This can be done by retrieving the Reliable Partner reports of companies from the Report service and by archiving them in the manner of your choice. If the contract is signed for more than 12 months, you must remember to check at least once a year that your subcontractor’s data complies with the Act on the Contractor's Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out.

In the Report service, Reliable Partner reports can be retrieved free of charge. To use the Report service, sign in into your free company account.

If your company doesn’t yet have a company account, you can create one and start using the Report service immediately!

Reports required by the Act on the Contractor's Obligations and Liability when Work is Contracted Out must be archived for a minimum of 2 years after the contract has ended. With the Report PRO service, all Reliable Partner reports checked by the employees of your company will be saved into the service automatically.
