On June 28, the Parliament approved the amendments to the Value Added Tax Act in its plenary session according to the government's proposal (HE 61/2024). The proposal is related to the second supplementary budget proposal of the state for 2024.As a result of the legislative changes, the general VAT rate will increase from 24 percent to 25.5 percent starting from September 1, 2024, including for services provided by Vastuu Group. We will automatically account for the VAT in the invoices we send.
When reporting contract amounts through the Worksite Register, please remember to indicate the new VAT rate.
