Ilmoita service is reformed on 26 September 2022. Following the reform, the ordering of Valtti cards and the adding and management of employee information will be moved from the Ilmoita service to new services, namely the Card Service and Employee Management service.
You can access the new services in Vastuu Group’s company account.
- The Employee Management service contains the same functions as the Employee tab of the Ilmoita service and the new service will meet the same information content and legal requirements as the Ilmoita service.
- In the future, Valtti cards will be ordered from the Card service.
- The Ilmoita service will continue to be used for registering to a worksite, but the name of the service will be changed to Register to a worksite service.
From now on, the users of the new service must verify their identity by using their online banking credentials before they use the service for the first time. In addition to this, a person who has the right to sign on behalf of the company must verify the company account by September 2023 at the latest.
The service reform does not require any action from our customers. In connection to commencement, we have added the users the right to use the new services and have also transferred employee information and the Valtti cards contained in the Ilmoita service to the new services. All employee and card information is ready in the new services, and you can start to use the service.
