The Special Terms and Conditions of Ilmoita Service and Privacy Policy will be amended. The following changes will take effect on the 3rd of June 2021:
- Starting from 12 May 2021 Suomen Rakennusmedia Oy’s ePerehdytys and eKosteus -trainings can be purchased directly from training provider’s own website and no longer through Ilmoita service.
- Ilmoita service has had a functionality where the employer company can submit notifications to the Finnish occupational health and safety authority on posting workers to Finland as set out in Section 7 of the Finnish Act on Posting Workers (447/2016). This notification function will be removed from Ilmoita service on 3 June 2021. After that the employer can submit posted worker notifications through the website of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in Finland.
Due to the above mentioned changes sections 2.1 and 2.2 of the Special Terms and Conditions of Ilmoita Service will be amended so that references to ePerehdytys training and posted worker notifications will be deleted. At the same section 1 of the Data Processing Agreement will have a technical correction where the list of services where the customer is the controller and Vastuu Group is the processor will be updated. Similar updates will be made in the Privacy Notice of Ilmoita service.
The changes in the Terms of Services and the Privacy Notices do not require any action from our customers.
