Vastuu Group will be launching a new version of its Reliable Partner service. In order to distribute Reliable Partner 2.0 reports in Vastuu Group’s report services (Report Service, Report PRO and Valvoja), we will make changes required by the data content of the new version of Reliable Partner to the special terms and conditions of these services, as well as some changes to the general terms and conditions of Vastuu Group’s services.
The main changes to the specific terms and conditions for report services are as follows:
- Special terms and conditions have been added for the Report Service.
- The right to use the Reliable Partner reports and the information they contain in all report services has been specified so that the customer may only use the reports to check and store the customer's (potential) suppliers and other partners' liability information as required by the Contractor’s Obligations and Liability Act and to check their financial situation, sanction information and background for the purposes of the customer's supplier and risk management.
- The report services may only be used for retrieving and monitoring the data of companies for which the customer has the purpose of use as described above.
- The client may disclose the information contained in the Reliable Partner Reports to its group company and advisers and to the authorities for the purpose of fulfilling its legal obligations, otherwise the client is not entitled to disclose the information to third parties or resell the Reliable Partner reports.
In addition, some changes have been made to the general terms and conditions.

Vastuu Group will provide more information about the new version of the Reliable Partner service when it is released. The updated Reliable Partner terms of service will also be published at the same time.
