Vastuu Group Oy is reorganizing its group structure to better serve the needs of business growth.
Until now, the group’s Vastuu Services business (particularly including the Trusted Partner services and services related to Valttikortti) and SignSpace business have been operated within Vastuu Group Oy. During the first half of 2025, Vastuu Group Oy will transfer these businesses into newly established subsidiaries through a partial demerger. Additionally, the group’s administrative services, ID and licensing business, and the Trusted Employee service will be transferred to a new parent company within the group.
At this stage, the reorganization does not require any actions from the group’s customers, suppliers, or other partners. Contracts related to the businesses being transferred will move to the new subsidiaries. We will separately inform contract partners in 2025 about matters related to the transfer of agreements, as well as the business ID and invoicing details of the new subsidiaries.
